Tip: Searching for 2+ passengers on the same flight can be difficult. Flexibility with dates/cabins or split flights improves success.

What counts as a “request”?

A request is one set of search parameters you submit (route(s), passenger count, cabin, and date range). If you change the brief significantly (new destination, different date range, different cabin), it’s treated as a new request.

Do you book flights for me?

No — I send you bookable options and links. You book directly using your own frequent flyer account.

How fast is “fast”?

Typical turnaround is 1–4 hours. During busy periods our late night requests it may take longer — I’ll keep you posted.

Which programs do you search?

Qantas and Velocity, plus partner airline options e.g For Qantas - Emirates, American Airlines, Cathy Pacific. For Velocity - Qatar, Singapore, United

What if availability disappears?

Reward seats can vanish quickly. If you like an option, book it ASAP. You can always cancel for a small points fee

Do you need my login?

No. Never. You book directly; I only need your trip brief and which points you have.

What if you can’t find anything?

If I can’t find anything suitable that matches your brief, you don’t pay.

Can you search for multiple passengers?

Yes. Well i can try. For 2+ travellers in premium cabins, success often requires flexibility or split strategies (e.g. split flights, mixed cabins, or one-way combinations).

Are taxes/fees exact?

I’ll provide estimates based on what’s shown during the booking flow. Final totals are confirmed when you book.
