Service description
PointScout AU provides reward-seat scouting and information services. We do not book flights on your behalf. You book directly using your own frequent flyer account.
Availability & accuracy
Reward availability can change quickly. We provide options based on availability observed during the search process, but we cannot guarantee seats will remain available by the time you book. Taxes/fees are estimates until confirmed during booking.
Payment
Pricing is currently $150 per request. Payment is due only if we provide options that match your submitted brief. If no suitable options are found, no payment is due.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying details and completing your booking. You should never share account passwords with anyone. We will never ask for your login.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PointScout AU is not liable for losses arising from unavailable reward seats, booking errors, schedule changes, airline disruptions, or third-party websites/services.
